A registered Syrian gift-delivery company, headquartered in Damascus. Not a marketplace — we work with a contracted network of local Syrian suppliers, handle multi-supplier orders and wrapping in-house, and deliver every gift by car with our own trained team.

At Emome, a gift is a full experience — not just an item. It starts the moment the sender opens our app and ends when their loved one opens their door, and every step in between is part of the gift: items curated from our network of contracted local Syrian partner suppliers, multiple suppliers combined into one order, each gift wrapped at our Damascus office, and delivered by a trained captain in a car (never on a motorcycle) with photo confirmation back to the sender. We work 7 days a week — Fridays, Eid, every public holiday — because those are exactly the days a gift needs to arrive.

What Emome Does
Emome is a registered Syrian gift-delivery company that helps people living abroad send real, thoughtful gifts to their loved ones in Syria. We are not an open marketplace. EMOME LTD is the legal operator, and we work with a curated network of legally-contracted local Syrian partner suppliers — florists, bakeries, chocolatiers, gift specialists. Customers can build a single gift from multiple suppliers in one order, and Emome handles everything from there: multi-supplier assembly, gift wrapping at our Damascus office, and doorstep delivery by car with our own trained captains.

Emome is operated by EMOME LTD, a registered Syrian company headquartered in Tala Tower, Mazzah, Damascus. Our office is where every order is reviewed, multi-supplier items are gathered, gifts are wrapped, and dispatch is coordinated. We work directly with a contracted network of local Syrian partner suppliers across 5 cities — they fulfil the product side, we own the customer-facing experience end-to-end.
How We Deliver — By Car, Not by Motorcycle
Every Emome order is delivered by a trained Emome captain in a car — never on a motorcycle. Most gift-delivery services in Syria use motorcycles because they are cheaper to run, but motorcycles damage flowers, crush cakes, and expose premium gifts to dust, wind, and weather.
We chose cars because protecting your gift in transit is non-negotiable. Our captains are professional employees of EMOME LTD — not gig workers or third-party riders — and every order is handed to the recipient at the doorstep with photo confirmation.

How Emome Works

- 3. Our team gathers items from our contracted partner suppliers, assembles multi-supplier orders, and wraps the gift at the Emome office in Damascus.
- 4. A trained Emome captain delivers your gift by car, straight to the recipient's doorstep — with photo confirmation.
The recipient never pays anything. All payments are completed online by the sender before delivery.
