At Emome, a gift is a full experience — not just an item. It starts the moment the sender opens our app and ends when their loved one opens their door, and every step in between is part of the gift: items curated from our network of contracted local Syrian partner suppliers, multiple suppliers combined into one order, each gift wrapped at our Damascus office, and delivered by a trained captain in a car (never on a motorcycle) with photo confirmation back to the sender. We work 7 days a week — Fridays, Eid, every public holiday — because those are exactly the days a gift needs to arrive.

Our Office in Damascus
Emome is operated by EMOME LTD, a registered Syrian company headquartered in Tala Tower, Mazzah, Damascus. Our office is where every order is reviewed, multi-supplier items are gathered, gifts are wrapped, and dispatch is coordinated. We work directly with a contracted network of local Syrian partner suppliers across 5 cities — they fulfil the product side, we own the customer-facing experience end-to-end.
How We Deliver — By Car, Not by Motorcycle
Every Emome order is delivered by a trained Emome captain in a car — never on a motorcycle. Most gift-delivery services in Syria use motorcycles because they are cheaper to run, but motorcycles damage flowers, crush cakes, and expose premium gifts to dust, wind, and weather.
We chose cars because protecting your gift in transit is non-negotiable. Our captains are professional employees of EMOME LTD — not gig workers or third-party riders — and every order is handed to the recipient at the doorstep with photo confirmation.
