Cancellation & Refund Policy

        1- Full refund if order is canceled at least 24 hours before delivery time.
        2- 50% refund if order is canceled within 24 hours of delivery.
        3- No refund after the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
        4- Refunds are not applicable if:
           - Recipient refuses the gift.
           - Recipient is unreachable after 3 attempts.
           - Incorrect recipient information is provided by the sender.
        5- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
        6- Emome is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد

1- استرداد كامل للمبلغ عند إلغاء الطلب قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من وقت التوصيل.
2- استرداد 50% من المبلغ عند إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت التوصيل.
3- لا يتم الاسترداد بعد تجهيز أو شحن أو توصيل الطلب.
4- لا يحق الاسترداد في الحالات التالية:
   - رفض المستلم للهدية.
   - عدم استجابة المستلم بعد 3 محاولات توصيل.
   - تقديم بيانات خاطئة عن المستلم من قبل المرسل.
5- تتم إعادة المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.
6- ايمومي غير مسؤولة عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
