Customer Service Representative (1)

Emome is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help support customers sending gifts to their loved ones in Syria.

Working Hours

• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (5 hours per day)
• Tuesday to Saturday
• Sunday & Monday off

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media
• Assist customers with placing orders and tracking deliveries
• Coordinate with the operations team when needed
• Ensure customers receive a smooth and pleasant experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or mobile apps is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Responsible and organized
• Basic computer and internet skills
